Summary
This study is testing a new iron supplement made from fish to see how well the body absorbs it and what stomach-related side effects it might cause. It involves 61 adult women who have low iron levels or mild anemia. Researchers will measure iron levels in the blood over 24 hours and again after taking the supplement daily for 56 days.
