First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looked at why many pregnant women in the U.S. eat less fish than recommended, even though fish provides an important nutrient for baby's brain development. Researchers interviewed 22 pregnant women who ate fish less than twice a week to understand their knowledge, habits, and the advice they received. The goal was to help improve guidance on safe fish consumption during pregnancy.
