Summary

This study tests fisetin, a natural compound found in fruits, in healthy young adults and older people with multiple chronic diseases. Participants take fisetin or a placebo for two days and are followed for up to three months. The goal is to see how the body processes fisetin, whether it is safe, and how to best measure its effects on inflammation and aging.
