Summary

This small, early-stage study is testing whether a natural plant compound called fisetin can help reduce frailty in older women. Researchers will give fisetin or a placebo to 40 healthy women aged 70 and over to see if it improves their walking speed and reduces signs of inflammation. The goal is to gather initial evidence to see if a larger future trial is warranted.
