Summary
This early-stage study tests CPV-104, a new medicine for C3 glomerulopathy (C3G), a rare kidney disease. Healthy volunteers get one dose, and C3G patients get four weekly doses to check safety and how the body handles the drug. The main goal is safety, not effectiveness, and a safety committee monitors results closely.
