First humans receive experimental drug ZP9830 in safety test

Summary
This is the first study testing a new drug called ZP9830 in humans. Researchers will give the drug to 124 healthy volunteers to check for side effects and see how the body handles it. The study will compare people who get the real drug to those who get a placebo (inactive substance) to understand the drug's safety profile.
