Summary
This is the first study testing a new oral medication called LTG-321 in humans. Researchers will give healthy volunteers increasing doses to check for safety, see how the body processes the drug, and measure its effects on pain tolerance using a cold water test. The goal is to gather basic information about how this experimental drug behaves in people.
