First humans dosed in early heart health drug trial

Summary
This is the very first study to give the experimental drug MRT-8102 to people. Its main goal is to check if the drug is safe and how the body processes it. The study will involve 100 healthy adults and adults with risk factors for heart disease who have a specific blood marker (CRP). Results will help decide the right dose for future research.
