Summary

This study is testing whether special pacing therapies can improve exercise ability and quality of life in people with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF). About 105 participants will receive pacing and be followed for up to 12 months. The goal is to see if this approach can safely help the heart remodel and reduce symptoms.
