Summary

This study investigates whether adding finger extensor (opening) muscle training to the usual flexor (gripping) training improves climbing performance and reduces injury risk. It involves 36 healthy adult climbers who will follow one of two training programs for six weeks. Researchers will measure changes in finger strength, endurance, and any impact on pain or function.
