First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study compares two treatments for adults who have lost the tip of one finger: surgery or a special clear dressing that stays on for weeks. The goal is to see which approach leads to better hand function and less pain a year after the injury. About 252 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments.
