Could a simple pill help heart failure patients leave the hospital sooner?

Summary
This study tests whether starting the drug finerenone early during a hospital stay helps people with acute heart failure. About 550 adults with a specific type of heart failure will receive either finerenone or a placebo. The goal is to see if the drug reduces the risk of death or worsening heart failure over 12 weeks.
