NCT ID NCT04151134

Summary

This study aims to improve the detection of the original, hidden tumor site in patients whose head and neck cancer has already spread to their lymph nodes. It tests a surgical procedure to remove tissue from the back of the tongue and tonsils, followed by a detailed lab analysis method. The goal is to find more hidden cancers to guide better treatment decisions.
