Hunting for hidden cancer cures: testing drugs that doctors Can't normally use
NCT ID NCT07343024
Summary
This study aims to find better ways to predict which FDA-approved cancer drugs might work for patients when those drugs aren't listed in standard treatment guidelines for their specific cancer type. Researchers will analyze genetic tests and drug sensitivity results from 300 advanced cancer patients to identify promising 'off-guideline' treatments. The goal is to give doctors more evidence to use existing drugs that might help patients who have run out of standard options.
