First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study is testing a new blood test from Natera to see how well it finds colorectal cancer and advanced growths in people at average risk. About 25,000 adults aged 40 and older who are already scheduled for a colonoscopy will give a blood sample before the procedure. The results will be compared to the colonoscopy findings to measure the test's accuracy.
