Can $25 help solve Alzheimer's research diversity problem?
NCT ID NCT07218120
Summary
This study is testing whether offering a small $25 payment encourages more people from diverse backgrounds to join an online Alzheimer's prevention research registry. Researchers will recruit 400 adults aged 50+ at community events and markets, comparing the $25 incentive to a free reusable bag. The goal is to make Alzheimer's research more inclusive by increasing participation from groups often left out of studies, like Black and Latino communities.
