Summary

This study looks at whether a 14-week elective course that uses films and discussions about social justice can help medical students better understand their own emotions and feel more empathy for others. About 60 medical students will take part, with some taking the course and others not. Researchers will compare changes in empathy and emotional awareness between the two groups using questionnaires.
