Summary

This study is testing a medication called filgotinib to see if it can help children and teenagers (ages 8 to 18) with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis. The main goals are to see if the drug can reduce symptoms, help patients achieve remission, and keep the disease under control. The study will also closely monitor the safety and side effects of the drug in this younger age group.
