Simple walk and relax routine may ease dialysis fatigue

Summary

This study tests whether combining progressive muscle relaxation with a walking program can help reduce fatigue in adults with end-stage kidney disease who are on dialysis. About 40 participants will try the program for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if the approach is practical and acceptable, not yet to prove it works.
