Can simple walking and relaxation ease the exhaustion of dialysis?
NCT ID NCT07014111
Summary
This study is testing whether a simple program combining muscle relaxation exercises and walking is practical and helpful for reducing fatigue in adults with end-stage kidney disease who are on dialysis. Researchers will work with 40 participants to see if they can stick with the program and find it useful over 12 weeks. The goal is to see if this non-drug approach can improve quality of life by managing a common and debilitating symptom.
