First seen May 22, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether a specific type of ankle taping can temporarily improve balance, jumping, and sprinting in healthy young women aged 18 to 25. About 90 participants will be split into three groups: one gets the special tape, one gets a fake tape, and one gets no tape. Their performance is measured before and after to see if the tape makes a difference.
