Summary
This study aims to find out which physical therapy approach works best to ease symptoms for women with fibromyalgia. Researchers will compare three methods: a specialized massage, a gentle ear-based nerve stimulation, and a combination of both. They will measure changes in pain, fatigue, sleep, mood, and overall quality of life.
