Summary
This study tested whether adding cognitive behavior therapy (a type of talk therapy) to standard physical therapy could improve pain and quality of life in people with fibromyalgia. 66 adults with confirmed fibromyalgia took part. The goal was to see if the combined approach works better than physical therapy alone.
