Summary
This study tested an experimental drug called ASP8062 to see if it could reduce pain in people with fibromyalgia. A total of 183 adults took either the drug or a placebo for 8 weeks. Researchers measured changes in daily pain scores and monitored for side effects to determine if the drug is safe and effective.
