Summary

This study looks at whether personalized physical training and a type of nerve stimulation can help reduce pain, improve sleep, and ease fatigue in people with fibromyalgia. About 75 adults with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue will be split into three groups: one gets exercise plus standard therapy, one gets nerve stimulation plus standard therapy, and one gets standard therapy alone. The goal is to find better ways to manage fibromyalgia symptoms.
