NCT ID NCT07239427

First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding a gentle, non-invasive brain stimulation technique called tDCS to a standard pain coping program can further reduce pain and improve daily life in people with fibromyalgia. About 68 adults with fibromyalgia will receive either real or fake tDCS alongside education and exercise sessions. The goal is to see if the real stimulation leads to greater improvements in pain, function, and well-being.
