Summary
This study is testing if adding special exercise training or gentle nerve stimulation to standard physical therapy helps people with fibromyalgia. Researchers in Poland will compare three groups of 75 adults to see which approach best reduces pain, fatigue, and sleep problems. The goal is to find better ways to manage these difficult symptoms.
