First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tested if fatigue in fibromyalgia comes from how brain cells control movement. Researchers compared nerve signals in 37 women with and without fibromyalgia during foot exercises, including cheering. The goal was to see if brain cell dysfunction is linked to fatigue, not to provide treatment.
