Scientists seek genetic clues to mysterious artery diseases
NCT ID NCT01967511
Summary
This research study aims to understand the biological and genetic causes of fibromuscular dysplasia (FMD) and two related artery conditions. Researchers will collect blood and tissue samples from 600 people with these conditions and healthy volunteers. By comparing these samples, they hope to identify the key genetic networks that drive these diseases and determine how similar they are to each other.
