Summary
This study is testing if a special chewing gum with added fiber is a practical and easy way to help people manage their weight. It will involve 40 healthy adults in Switzerland who will chew the gum three times a day. The main goal is to see if people can stick to the routine and find it acceptable, while also checking for any changes in their weight and gut bacteria.
