Could a simple diet change improve colon cancer surgery results?
NCT ID NCT06212817
Summary
This study is testing whether it's practical for colon cancer patients to eat more fiber in the weeks before their surgery. Researchers want to see if this dietary change is possible and might lead to fewer complications after the operation. They are comparing personalized diet advice and a special vegetable product against patients' normal diets.
