New drug combo aims to shrink melanoma before surgery

Summary
This study tests whether giving two immunotherapy drugs (fianlimab and cemiplimab) before surgery can shrink melanoma tumors in adults with stage IIIB to IV melanoma that can be removed. About 35 participants will receive the drugs, then have surgery to remove any remaining cancer. The goal is to see how many patients have a major or complete response in the tumor.
