First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called FHL-301 in 32 adults with early-stage Parkinson's disease. Half will get the drug, half a placebo, and neither they nor their doctors will know which. The goal is to see if FHL-301 can safely improve motor symptoms like tremor and stiffness over 48 weeks. Participants start at a low dose and gradually increase to find their best tolerated level.
