Could plasma transfusions boost brain injury recovery?

Summary
This study is testing whether giving fresh frozen plasma (FFP) to people with moderate to severe traumatic brain injury is safe and helps them recover. About 357 adults aged 18 to 65 will be randomly assigned to receive either standard care alone or standard care plus two units of FFP. Researchers will compare outcomes like disability, hospital stay, and survival over six months.
