Summary

This study is testing whether using a simple, quick finger-prick test for inflammation (CRP) in a doctor's office can help manage children with fever. It aims to see if having this immediate result helps doctors decide if a child needs to be sent to an emergency room or a lab for more tests. The goal is to create a smoother, faster care process for families and reduce unnecessary trips to busy emergency departments.
