Summary
This study is testing a fetal surgery called FETO to see if it helps babies with a severe form of congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) survive and be healthier. It compares the surgery to standard prenatal care. The goal is to help babies with underdeveloped lungs and a liver in the chest, who have a very high risk of death after birth.
