Inclusion Criteria: * Termination of pregnancy for fetal malformation * Gestational age \> 24 weeks of gestation Exclusion Criteria: * Multiple pregnancy * Allergy or contraindication to sufentanil * Morphinic addiction * fetal gastroschisis, omphalocele or swallowing disorder * maternal cardiac or respiratory distress
