Summary
This study aims to understand if early-onset preeclampsia affects the development of specific brain structures in unborn babies. Researchers will use ultrasound to measure the fornix and hippocampus in 84 pregnant women—half with early-onset preeclampsia and half healthy controls. The goal is to gather knowledge about potential links between this pregnancy complication and fetal brain development.
