Which anesthesia is safest for your brain during sinus surgery?

Summary
This study looks at four different types of anesthesia used during sinus surgery to find out which one keeps the brain safest and gives surgeons the best view. 150 adults having sinus surgery will be randomly assigned to one of four anesthesia groups. Researchers will measure brain injury markers in the blood and rate how well surgeons can see and control bleeding during the operation.
