Which electrical leg workout is best for spinal cord injury recovery?

Summary

This study looks at two different ways of using electrical stimulation to exercise the legs in people with spinal cord injury. One group does short bursts of high-intensity exercise, while the other does longer, easier exercise. The goal is to see which approach improves fitness and leg strength more. About 20 participants with recent spinal cord injury will take part.
