Summary
This study explores whether combining electrical stimulation cycling with blood flow restriction cuffs is safe and practical for adults with spinal cord injury. The goal is to reduce the high risk of heart disease and diabetes in this group. Six participants will try the exercise over several weeks, with researchers monitoring safety and gathering feedback.
