Summary

This study tests whether combining electrical stimulation cycling with blood flow restriction cuffs is safe and practical for adults with spinal cord injury. Six participants will exercise 8 times over 6 weeks while researchers monitor heart rate, blood pressure, and other health markers. The goal is to see if this approach can be used long-term to reduce the high risk of heart disease and diabetes in this population.
