Could simple testing boost IVF success rates?

NCT ID NCT07449494

Summary

This study looked back at medical records to compare two approaches for treating immune system issues in women with infertility. Researchers examined whether testing patients' response to steroid medications before embryo transfer led to better live birth rates compared to giving steroids without testing. The study included 148 women under 40 who were undergoing fertility treatment and had documented immune system overactivity in the uterus.
