Summary
This study is testing if measuring signs of cellular aging, like telomere length, can help explain why some women struggle to get pregnant even after standard fertility treatments. It will enroll 15 women with unexplained infertility to see if a personalized program combining Traditional Chinese Medicine, nutritional support, and standard care can improve pregnancy rates. The main goal is to see if this integrative approach guided by cellular aging markers leads to more successful pregnancies.
