New hope for young women: experimental treatment aims to fight uterine cancer without losing fertility
NCT ID NCT07377734
Summary
This study is testing whether injecting a lab-made collagen directly into the uterus, along with standard hormone pills, can better treat early-stage endometrial cancer or precancerous changes in women who want to preserve their fertility. Researchers will compare the collagen-plus-hormone combination to hormone pills alone in 30 women under 45 to see if it leads to higher remission rates at 6 months. The goal is to control the disease effectively while allowing patients the possibility of future pregnancy.
