Summary
This study aims to find the best fertility-sparing surgery for young women with cervical adenocarcinoma. Researchers will compare three different surgical techniques to see which one best controls the cancer while allowing for successful future pregnancies. They will analyze existing medical data from 100 patients to guide treatment decisions for women who wish to preserve their fertility.
