Frozen testicular tissue may help men father children after cancer

Summary
This study tests whether testicular tissue frozen before puberty can be transplanted back into the same man to restore fertility. It involves 20 men who became infertile after childhood cancer treatment and now want children. Doctors will check if the transplant produces sperm and if that sperm can be used for IVF.
