Men freeze tissue before cancer treatment to save chance of fatherhood
NCT ID NCT06387498
Summary
This study is testing whether freezing testicular tissue can preserve future fertility for men and boys facing medical treatments that cause infertility, like chemotherapy or radiation. Researchers will enroll 60 male patients of all ages who are about to undergo these treatments and want to preserve their ability to have biological children later. The study will check if the freezing procedure is practical, safe, and acceptable to patients when it's their only option for fertility preservation.
