First seen Feb 24, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tests a surgery called utero-ovarian transposition (UOT) in women aged 18-40 with pelvic cancers who need pelvic radiation. The goal is to move the uterus and ovaries away from the radiation area to protect fertility. Researchers will check if the surgery is safe and works well, and will follow participants to see if they can have children later.
