Can freezing ovarian tissue help people at risk of early infertility have children later?

Summary
This study looks at why some people with conditions like Turner Syndrome or galactosemia have trouble getting pregnant, and whether freezing their ovarian tissue can help them have a child in the future. Up to 200 participants aged 2 to 35 will have a small piece of ovarian tissue removed and frozen for possible later use. The study will also analyze the tissue to learn more about fertility and early menopause.
